We have found the following William under various spellings of his last name as Wallhaus, Wallhousen, Walhauser, Walheiser, Wallhauser, Wallhausier, Wallheiser whom died in 1880 as Wallhousen.

This person was the operator of the Empire Bakery in Central City from the first mention of the bakery in Nov 1877 till it changed hands September 1878 to Sandy Young. Deadwood's Big Fire September 1879 began at the Empire Bakery.
