I have a Photo i believe to be sam bass as Bass is the only legible name on the back of the frame i have taken it to the college of charleston adelstone library and they have confirmed that the photo frame and glass is all authentic and original and dated sometime around the 1870s any help with this mystery would be greatly appreciated since there are not many known authenticated photos of Samuel "Sam" Bass.
