From the Black Hills Daily times, I found out that David Mason died in or around Johannesburg South Africa from an epidemic in March 1892. The information was reported from Henry Morris in South Africa and sent to Terraville where it was reported. Does anyone have any information on Henry Morris?
Also, from the Black Hills Daily times, Dec. 11, 1895, p. 3, col. 4 "`In the county court yesterday . . . Mrs. Alice Wilkie petitioned for letters of administration of estate of David Mason, deceased, and January 4th was set for a hearing. The court ordered Mrs. Wilkie to sell 3750 shares of Harmony mining stock".
How would I go about finding information on David Mason's will and estate, and is anyone familiar with Harmony mining?
