Quick research of historical newspaper articles revealed the sister of Dave Mason reported the death of her brother in South America in May 1892. Alice Mason Wilkie of Terraville, SD 1849 - 1923 is buried in West Lead Cemetery next to her husband James S. Wilkie. Deadwood Genealogy Research Team __________________

I'm a descendant seeking information on David and Westanna Mason and family. David was Foreman and Superintendent at the Deadwood Terra Mine circa 1881.
